These terms govern your use of Digital Commerce Platform's done-for-you store build service and platform.
1. The service
We build, configure, and hand over a digital-product storefront based on the niche and package you select. Deliverables and timelines are described on the pricing page and in your order.
2. What we don't promise
We do not guarantee any sales, revenue, traffic, or business outcome. Marketing your store and generating sales is your responsibility after handover.
3. Ownership
On delivery, you own the store and its products. Payments from your customers are routed to your own connected payment account.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your store's content, the legality of the products you sell, customer support, applicable taxes, and ongoing costs such as payment processing fees and any third-party tools.
5. Payment & refunds
Setup fees are billed at checkout via Stripe. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent purposes, or to sell prohibited goods. We may suspend stores that violate these terms.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
