What exactly do I get?

How long does it take?
Most stores are delivered within 7–14 days of completing your intake questionnaire, depending on the package and how quickly you provide brand details.
Who owns the store?
You do. Payments go directly to your connected Stripe account, and you keep full ownership of the store and its products after handover.
Will this make me passive income?
No — and we won't pretend otherwise. We build and configure the store, which is the commoditized part. Getting traffic and making sales is up to you. We don't guarantee any revenue.
What ongoing costs am I responsible for?
After handover you cover your own hosting/domain (if applicable), Stripe's payment-processing fees on each sale, and any third-party tools you choose to add.
What's your refund policy?
Because each build is custom work, refunds are handled case-by-case before the build begins. Once provisioning starts, the setup fee is non-refundable. Contact us with any concerns.
