Because each store is custom work, refunds are handled as described below.

Before the build begins

If you change your mind before we start provisioning your store, contact us and we'll refund your setup fee in full.

After provisioning starts

Once we begin building your store, the setup fee becomes non-refundable, as work and resources have been committed to your order.

Storefront sales

Refunds to your end customers for products sold on your store are set and handled by you, the store owner. The platform fee on a refunded sale may be non-recoverable.

How to request a refund

Email us via the contact page with your order details. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
